Who is Red Shift Racing?

Red Shift Racing (RSR) is a Thornhill, Ontario based Formula Ford Race Team.  Started in 1998 RSR has grown from a small operation working out of the family garage into a successful race team running in two series with the backing of some of Canada's most dynamic organizations.

The team now operates out of its own purpose built race shop in Thornhill, and competes in the Ontario 1.6 Challenge and the Canadian Formula Ford Championship.

Who is their Driver?

The current driver for RSR is Chris Malden.  Chris trained at both the Bridgestone/Firestone Racing Academy and the Jim Russell Racing School before starting with RSR.  Now in his third year 2001 looks to be a breakout season for both Chris and the team.

A recent article in "Inside Track Motorsports News" said:

       " Malden is no doubt among the top racers in the series........if he returns next season, (he) will once again be considered a favorite"
